THE EFFIN Supreme Court?? That's already a law in CA somewhere. I posted a few years ago you can't smoke anything in your apartment or condo. I think the judge should have made them pay his rent! This is sooo bad. I also think the judge is out of line. I would love to know what law he used to slash this guy. They need to find something stupid to sue the judge for.
