Thoughts on new cameras?

Got my new camera on 2/9 and unfortunately, I had to send it in on 4/14 for repair.

And now I have to send it back on 9/22. It broke again the last night of my trip. Same problem as before (lens will not open).

Hopefully they do the right thing. At least it broke on the way back and you were able to use it while you were away for the entire trip.

I called them. I have to send the camera back. They said since it's the second time they would re-evaluate it to see if they should replace it.
I doubt they will but I did tell them how frustrating it was.
I'll include a nicely worded note to help convince them to replace the camera.

I haven't had any issues with mine. I'm still playing with all the different settings it has
