You can get them online for MSRP from a couple different vendors.

I haven't had any of the '10s, but I've had three boxes of the '09 robustos (I couldn't help myself, and I got a killer deal on two of the boxes) plus a couple lanceros and three torpedos.

All I can say is, they were worth every penny. The Lost City 'busto is one of the best cigars I've ever had in my life.

To actually try and answer the original question here I though that the plan behind these cigars was they were only going to release 500 boxes a year until the tobacco ran out.
