The Complete Bliss of Homebrewing is a great book to have and it can be picked up from Amazon for pretty cheap.

The other one is How To Brew by John Palmer. That book can be found online and you can print off the entire thing for free.

AWESOME info mark! If the only difference between the deluxe and ultimate kit is the stainless Soda "coke" tank and co2, those can be had locally for under $50 from any resturant or supply company. Nice job
