Man, everybody's meals sound really good.
We started off having breakfast at the old lady's brothers place this morning. We have been prepping dinner most of the day. The 17.34 pound prime rib has now become two prime ribs, since it wouldnt fit in the oven. One is in the oven, and the other is in an electric roaster. This is my first attempt at prime rib, so we will see how it goes. Mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, grilled onions, lots of horseradish. We have a table set for 13 in the middle of the living room. I think its going to be a pretty fun night. Amazingly my stress level is pretty low. I wish I didnt have a cold so I could go out and have a cigar.
