so i got in touch with Xikar today. They are sending me a new hygro. So i will calibrate it and throw it in the box but i think i am finally going to listen to everyone here and just go by how they smoke! I mean how many times have i heard you guys telling Denali not to worry about the slightest humidity change! LOL Big Grin

Seriously... you need a hydro because you wont always be smoking. A string of bad weather you just want to know how things are going. I have in either of my cabinets at least 4 hygrometers. 2 in each cooler. I look at the numbers and evaluate the truth behind them by how much they vary from one another. But I dont sweat a 2 or 4% change day to day. I'm more concerned with temperature and that's way easier to control.
