Yup... often without jackets...

Seriously, check out a heater with more umph than the 1500 w you are using. You need something gas powered with a reflector to control the heat direction.

If I recall the last time I used that heater we had just gotten off the boat. It was around 40 degrees and in a short while we all had removed our jackets, I even took my shoes off (my feet were wet) & we were quite comfortable. It was around 80 degrees in front of that thing.

Does that Snuggie come in a red velvet smoking jacket style? LMAO! That is hilarious.

I plan on buying a propane heater and wearing some heavy jackets. Modesto can get fairly cold during the winter, but nothing unbearable (low 40s, high 30s), and only for a few months.
