I have decided on my first Executive Order upon taking office:

BP will give away two gallons of gasoline to each American for every one gallon they have leaked in the Gulf of Mexico. The way I figure it, they mucked up Florida's beaches to the point where we can no longer even swim at the ocean; the least they can do is pay for the ride back home.

Sound fair enough?
