Ok, any software/camcorder people out there?
I got a JVC camcorder from the company thru our rewards program. I installed the pixila software and it took control from windows for ALL my buring. I could not click on files and select "Send to" and select my drive. I could not even drag and drop. The computer says that the drive is not available. I cant live like this. I have contacted JVC and the software manufacturer and no one has responded to my question. Has anyone else had an issue like this? I can use my system restore and go back to where windows has control of buring files, music and so forth. Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks,
Adam
