CAO Black
#1
Well, I picked up a box of these about a year back. Needless to say, I enjoyed them all very much, but I saved one to give some age to. After about a year of sitting, I lit up last week. All I can say is, I thought cigars were supposed to get better with age?! This cigar was nothing like the ones I had remembered a year ago. The ones a year ago were, so I remember, flavorfull and earthy with a good amount of spice to em. This was mild, monotone, and boring with almost no really bold taste to it! I felt like it was a waste of age. All and all I was thoroughly disappointed in how this cigar aged and married with the others and if I do get more of these, they will be smoked immediately. Who knows, maybe my taste has just changed?

Not all cigars get better with age.  It seems to me that CAOs, in general, actually become worse with age.  I had written up a whole theory, called MikeD's CAO Theory (duh!Wink), on this on Stogiechat v1.0.  If I remember it all, perhaps I'll post it again.
Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

I hope that's not true across the board.
I have a Soprano Boss resting that I thought I'd let sit for awhile.
It's in there with some powerful sticks so I'm curious to see how it changes.

I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.
