Spanish Galleon

Just got a bundle from Atlantic cigar. For 39.99, not bad, not bad at all. This cigar purports to sport " a Brazilian Bahia Criollo maduro wrapper, a Dominican Cubano wrapper and filler from Dominican Republic & Nicaragua" verbatim.

I smoked a Toro Maduro no. 10. Medium to full bodied in strength. The preliminary scent test gave off a CAO Samba character (true to the salesmans claim), dark in appearance, heavy on the veiny side but thats the way I like them...rustic.  Dark chocolate beginning, toasty expresso middle but a little hot in the finish. This stick has an underlying peppery tinge to it also. Perfect burn with columns of smoke and no relights. Overall I think its an enjoyable everyday smoke, at less than 2 bucks a pop I think its worth it.
