so long as i can call 911 to report nosey, self-important, smug douchebags who are in desperate need of serious beatdowns.

Well, I guess this USED to be considered America, land of the free... Not so much anymore. Ay so cal guys who want to join me in calabasas, Ca for a herf, come on down.. Calabasas is the first city to ban smoking, city wide, indoors and out. Im going to smoke in one of thier parks. Be warned, its a $250 fine if they catch you, but in order to catch you, a public person has to be bothered by it enough to call the cops.
