I have a padilla lancero that will parish sound and I will be thinking of mister padilla as I smoke it.

that was a great interview, doc. ernesto's family story, combined with the technical info on how he blends sticks... and no fat (ie. superfluous info you find in the typical interview... what he's wearing, the restaurant you're eating in, etc.). i also now know why i keep confusing padilla with pepin (they work together!).
this was definitely one of your best. thanks.
