I absolutley love my Dupont Xtend, best lighter I have ever owned by far. The Tattoo series was limited edition so they are pretty hard to find, but I think they should be available all the time as they look the best.
I have the Maori Caramel one in the middle.

Awesome lighters. I had a Dupont for 22 years until a "Friend" decided they liked it more than me. Ahole
The Zippo insert is awesome. I got one for my son a few months ago. I sure wish I thought of it. Everybody I know could have retired with me. They can't cost .25 to make in Japan.
The coolest cigar lighter I have seen yet is the Burner from Alec Bradley. The form a function of the soft billowing flame will toast a cigar like nothing I have found yet.
