I would think more often than not (albeit marginally) any hite substance on a cigar for sale in a local smoke shop is likely to be the former.
 

Thanks Skip, I haven't seen any but was just wondering what makes them so good.

You know I wouldn't do anything  NEW regarding cigars without consulting you first.
