Hey guys.. I have a question. I have a Xikar, that I really like, but I think the spring has broken on the inside, as it won't "spring" out anymore, and its a bit dull. What is the procedure for returning it to Xikar for fixing? I have been putting it off, because I have a Palio, and I LOVE it.

I feel you Joebob.. my Xikar has just been sitting in my truck for the last year or so, not being used because it needs work. I now only use my palio.

Can't beat their quality of service! Any problems with anything they make...send it back and they fix it free, or send you a new one. Damn good company.

I sent my EX lighter back on 12/29 and new one was in my mail box Fri. 15 day turnaround was just amazing. That is why I bought the lighter in the first place. AWESOME company.
