Oh wow. I don't think I've seen that picture.
That island thing in the middle of those two bridges, thats City Hall. There are two or three bridges that are totally under water on the front and rear of that building and I think another one in there somewhere. That larger higher bridge to the north of city hall is I-380. The cars on the brige in that shot are dumpass sightseers clogging up the works. Ok, I was out there too but after the water started going down.
But yea, there are alot of stupid people. They just suddenly pull off tot he side of the highway and get out and start walking around on the bridge over the water.

I mean, hello. This is still a functioning Highway. This isn't closed for sightseeing for by any means.
Businesses have been trying to help out with water conservation by using paper plates and plastic silverware and glasses and putting hand sanatizer in the bathrooms and I believe some have been closing early if open at all. McDonals has been drive up only and they're using cans of pop instead of the soda fountains. Starbucks isn't serving any coffee. Supermarkets with delis aren't making any food. Other then sandwiches but no wings, fried chicken, sushi and the like.
