Thanks guys.
Well, I was glad to see bubbling in the airlock last night. When I checked it this morning it had actually run over a bit, with some beer on the lid, but nothing terribly messy. I added some more water to the airlock and it looks like things are back on track.
My wife ordered me some custom labels for the bottles that should be getting here in time for the bottling and my copy of The Complete Joy of Home Brewing actually showed up while I was writing this.
Do you guys prefer doing all grain or extract? Glancing through the book, the author suggests its more to do with preference than final quality of the beer.
