No worries on this end. Once they get to whomever we send them to it's on the person sending them to get them there. I can't imagine anyone using Adopt A Platoon to scam cigars (although I guess stranger things have happened). The fact that you reached out to do this and have contributed since you've joined I'm good with it.
There was something on that site about flat rate shipping up to 70 pounds that I saw on the last page of the "Care Package Ideas and Mailing Instructions" link. It shows $7.70 for up to 70 pounds but that seems REALLY cheap.
