good to hear you are well. Flu has been nasty all over the country. News here in DFW area said there have been a few deaths in Dallas and Tarrant counties reported to the CDC this week.
A dr friend of mine ( in his 70's) said late last year "dont want the flu well then ::"Dont swap spit with strangers", stop shaking hands, stay out of public gatherings, and dont touch a toddler, and forget about the shots, they are never effective" Dr BBS //MD/Vineyard owner/BOTL...
I decided to try drinking to ward it off this year and its working so far!! hiccup.....
