First time, I had to jar the sauce at the beach. Less space, one less cook top, no basement and a slightly different technique but we got it done.
The night before set up, figure I would to some pre prep work:

The next morning I started the process:
After boiling the tomatoes to get them soft, I put them thru the grinder. This seperates the sauce from the skin / seeds.
Then the cooking process. About 3 to 3.5 hours:
As that was going on, I sterlized the jars, this time outside since I didn't have the extra cooktop:
