3 syllables, stress on the last: ca bai GUAN

ca - rhymes with "ha" of hahaha
bai - sounds exactly like "buy"
GUAN - sound like the name "Juan", but with a hard G sound at the beginning.

Yes these are great cigars. My shop has had them on the shelf for a couple of years and I am the only one who buys them.
