Got the upstairs A/C unit replaced today at the beach house.

After taping, spackle and a little sanding, we painted a bathroom today at the beach:

Got the rest of the electric in the inside of the house straightened out. Thought it was a problem with the wires in the crawl space but it turned out to be the fan motor in the bathroom.

Was able to wrap the heat and A/C vents along with the water pipes at the beach house. A big shout out to Chris Warga for his expertise and help.

Next step is insulating the crawl space which I hope to hire a company to do that for me.
