The Tsavo Lions and the Mad Pollock...BEWARE! - The Diamond Lion - 01-07-2011 This, my brothers, is a tale of woe. Learn from my mistakes and do not follow me down my sad path. Hearken unto my story: take heed, for this is your only warning. ______________________________ In 1898, two lions in the Tsavo River Valley in Kenya decided that they no longer desired the taste of zebras and gazelles; they found easier and tastier pickings in the human village, so they became man-eaters. They ripped good folks from their porches, terrorizing folks near and far. About the same time, the British Empire was building a railway across the Tsavo River. However, the lions kept causing trouble and fear. The British feared the trains would never run through such a hostile land, but then they brought in the big guns to solve the problem: THE MAD POLLOCK! The lions grew lazy and did not listen to the Mad Pollock’s warning: SWOEO. The Mad Pollock already drove his train once over the lions, injuring but not killing them. http://www.stogiechat.com/forum/thread-20111.html So, what did the Mad Pollock do? He backed his damn train up, revved the diesel engine, and ran over the lions again…this time squashing them like a bug. If this story is not going to convince you to SWOEO, then perhaps this carnage will: The full array again, but a little brighter picture TODD, I AM ABSOLUTELY SPEECHLESS AT THIS INCREDIBLE GENEROSITY. SWOEO, he took out both of your eyes with that hit. A 2010 Liberty is bad enough then he slams you with the rest. My God Mr. Lion, you better run to Maytag's place and pray for forgiveness. RE: The Tsavo Lions and the Mad Pollock...BEWARE! - Tonto - 01-07-2011 Now that's some hit!! I am already dead because all I see are the spirits of long departed legendary cigar makers and lots of puffy, white smoke. This must be heaven.
