I recently purchased a single of this cigar with my last box purchase. This is my first Davidoff to date, and it won't be my last. The presentation of the cigar is beautiful with two bands, one being the davidoff band and another small band representing the millennium series. The ecuadorian sun-grown wrapper is a nice uniform medium chocolate brown.

The construction of this cigar was perfect. Slightly veiny, and no soft spots. It was filled perfectly giving just a little. The burn was razor sharp, the grey ash was tight. The draw was superb, not loose, nor tight.

Upon lighting I was met with a peppery spice and leather filled smoke which lasted throughout the first half. The second half toned down with the spice and continued with leather turning a little creamy with hints of wood. The cigar gave off tons of aromatic smoke. I smoked this baby down to the nub, and it never went harsh. I was left smacking my lips and wanting more.

Overall, this was a complex med-full bodied, full flavored little smoke with great construction and great taste. I LOVED IT! The only downside is the price.

Great review!  These are one of my all-time favorites, and are a go-to cigar any time.  I'm finishing off a box now, and will be replacing it immediately.

Thanks for the review. I've been looking at these for a while now and kept passing them up. Now I'll pick up a few & give them a shot.

Any of you have a favorite size to this line?  Was thinking of trying the Robusto, but the lonsdale seems like a better bet.

The Lonsdales have the most complex flavor, hands down, followed by the petite coronas and then the Robustos.  I haven't had the Churchills at $22, or the torps yet.

How do the lonsdale smoke?
Is it a tight or tighter draw than the others?

The pyramid's smoke great,I love them.....never had the churchill, the pc is too small and the robusto is great.
