15 cents per song... unfortunately they are in Russia... I am cautious about sending my $ there. Not so much for the money, but the info I end up giving them to get the $ there.
Still, so tempting... 15 cents per song... These days I find a song here and there that appeals to me. This would be ideal!

I don't know if it's any more or less reputable, but a few of my friends use this one. I think it's also in Russia, but I personally know people who have used it and not had problems.

OK, I registered. and wanting to limit my exposure incase they run with my CC info, I bought a prepaid visa gift carg to use with only $25 on it. I thought I had it all worked out, but... they said they do not take credit cards or debit cards any longer (aparantly something to do wqith the music industry going after them)
