DFH 90 minute from the tap run through 2lbs of fresh hops then into your glass!!!! http://www.dogfish.com/tangents/endeavours.htm?newsID=34  Looks like one of the best beer bars in Boston bought one!  I'm going to have to make another trip down there to try this puppy out!!!   - Keith - 08-14-2007 That thing lookes like it woul produce something that would kill a normal light beer drinker. - Mark - 08-14-2007 90 minute is already super hopped since it's boiled for an hour and a half while continually adding hops which would probably kill a generic light beer drinker, but a Randallized glass of 90 min is something I MUST TRY!  - lz6 - 08-14-2007 I'm old enough to remember when "hop head" had another meaning entirely! - Tonto - 08-14-2007 I wonder how often they replace the hops in that thing..... - Bungalowbill - 08-14-2007 that cracks me up. just might be overkill. - Mark - 08-14-2007 I would have to say every night they use it.  The DFH Brewpub only uses it on Mon & Fri's, so there is no way they let 4 days pass with old beer in the hops.  The natural sugars in the 90 will make everything crusty.  I know that if I dont clean the faucet on the tap every night I use it, it will stick the next morning.
