"Had" a roaster. Can't find all the parts now. Quite a few things end up missing every time we move.

Thanks... I am probably going to keep it around for a while though - I have several pounds of green beans that I need to roast first (I'll let you know if things change). And realistically, you can get a pretty good roaster for a pretty damn good price these days.

Have your friend check out the forums and reviews at coffeegeek.com for tons of info.
