Man does this look like long leaf filler. It was so bad I let it go out and decided to take look inside.



The top left is the wrapper, the rest of the top is the binder and the bottom are the scrap pieces that composed filler. It was dressed up to be a H. Upman Monarch.

Tough call, depending on a lot of extraneous circumstances. Close friend who could take the news then yes I would let him know as a matter of education. Under other circumstances I would say thanks.
