I saw this on the Yahoo finance page yesterday and HAD to look. I had never heard of this company that's been around since 1779. SHOCK The Bowmore 1957 is 54 years old and was bottled in 2011 and only 12 bottles are in existence, Bowmore said in an e- mailed statement today.
My question is, "did they loose it" in the 54 years and find this partial cask in someone's garage? LOL

Anyway, I started my Google and stumbled on an amazing extensive liquor site that sells samples of everything and can even blend your own. This is the COOLEST site I've ever seen on alcohol. Here is the Drink by the dram section. How cool???

I hope you find this as interesting as I did and can use it. I know Jeremy will.

Nice sites.

Thanks Jim. What did I do?
I think you tried to change the color of the URL but you couldn't click on the site.
Nice find T. Thanks for posting.
Still think I would have issues having it shipped to Texas. Might have to try it. I get a discount with master of malts. I did hear about the Bowmore selling for that price. There are a few rare malts out there that are 50+ ears. Think Macallan has a few in the 55 to 60 year range. I have know about masters of malt for many years but never tried to order.
Thats a great find
Malt P0RN site ....... love it.
Great Find T!
