You've posted 2 more, now I have choices[happy]
Mark Wrote:Well brewing has come to a halt here.  [baby]  Once things settle back down and the weather warms a little I should be back to brewing full time.  I cant wait as I am having brewing withdrawls.  On a better note, I just ordered some Czech Saaz from Hops Direct. [7up]
difference in the north vs south; I end up brewing a good bit in the winter and barely at all in the summer, too friggin hot out most days.  I've had the itch for a while, but I need to figure out  when I can bottle some of this wine and free up my carboys, the brewery's gettin backed up!

Ya, its the silver package that you can barely read the label on. Dry is good right now for me....cant fumble around with no pricy liquid stuff yet.

and I might have to hold off for another weekend, dang family coming in from up north. I have to hide everything or their kids will break it all for sure.

But I will post pics about another small brew just to get into the zoneBig Grin
