I have no idea what cigars I like to smoke.  I used to smoke some kind of dunhill that cost me like $12 at my local humidor in college.  It was a pretty good size, probably a churchill.  That was pretty expensive for a broke college student in Ames, IA.  The local shop burnt down so I quit because I didn't have any other choices in walking distance. 

I just got a box of R&J Mille Fleurs in St. Maarten and they seem pretty good if smoked quietly.

Check out some of the cigar reviews, might help you find your direction as to some things to try. We have a few great cigar retailers on the board who could help you put together a sampler to. Read, relax and get to know the guys here. A better bunch is hard to find.
