I used to be the same way about smoking in my car then I was told to try putting the bottom vent on and crack the drivers window open just a crack and it creates almost like a vacum that sorta sucks the smoke right out. Then a car wash every so often and you cant tell. Now that being said thats just my car and I could do that cause I'm the main person using it I wouldn't do that in the family car cause I'm not gonna clean it out every other day.

Hope you get some good weather a day or 2 a month so you can indulge.
you can also try and stuff like 15 heat packs all over your body but don't let the packs rest on the skin.

This is what some tree stand hunters do in winter.

Use the spray that Eric sells. Works great. I did a review on it..

MAN UP!

Heck, I smoke at 20 degrees while shoveling snow (cant tell you how many gloves I've burned).

Anyway, you know those little tent heaters with the dome reflectors? I bought a giant one that attaches to your BBQ tank. Worked great! Heated up half my yard. I also have a chiminea, but that takes time and wood.

here are a few possibilities

& this is my personal favorite that I have and use

Skipper, remember when we smoke in the dead of winter outside the World Trade Center. People looked at us like we nuts. It could of been 20 degrees out there and with the wind even colder.

What people didn't know was that Skipper and I found a vent that let out hot air in front of one of the buildings so we were toasty warm..
