I would venture to say that Rogers has been doing this all year. He needs an edge...he's just not that good.

He's getting up there in age, it wouldn't surprise me if he is cheating in some way in roder to help put some *stuff* in his pitches. Remember the old guy pitching in the movie Major League? That's this guy.
 I have his autograph on a baseball card from a few years back.
