I just picked up Reservoir Dogs and Terminator 2 for $10 a piece at Wally World (aka Walmart).

Target has Bulitt for $15, which has the best car chase in movie history.

Best Buy has The Untouchables and Casino for $15 each and I plan on going out to get those soon. Hell, I might go now.

We Were Soldiers is one of my favorites.    I went to see it with my Dad when it was first out in the theaters.   My Dad was with the 85th EVAC unit that supported the Air Cav in the Ia Drang Valley.

And Stogie Chat's own LZ6 was also there in flight in the same airspace as my father.

I am in the slow process of digitizing all my Dad's Vietnam slides.   He has about 1,000 of them from OR tables to life along the wire.   Incredible stuff.    When I get them all digitized I will post some of them.

LZ6 had some amazing stories.   I got to hear but a few via telephone.   I never got to meet he in person but the California guys herfed with him last summer.   Now he is retired in near obscurity and rarely checks in anymore.

As for my Dad anytime you get to ND give me a shout.   Your house is mine and I will have my Dad come on over.

If you are looking for a visual stunner, you pretty much have to own Fifth Element.  Make sure you buy the newer release that has been remastered.  The original blue ray release was less than spectacular.  The new one is great.  It is a perfect choice for showing off your high def tv.

Best buy has a We Were Soldiers/Payback set for $30 I beleive. I love gangster movies and Payback is one of the most overlooked films in the genre. Not to mention the cinematography was excellent. If you plan on picking up We Were Soldiers anyway, I suggest springing for the two pack. I mean if worse comes to worse, you can always give it to me [smokin]
