What are your thoughts on Partagas Mille Fleurs and RyJ MFs? Assuming you live in a country where they are legal, and if not then you are speaking hypothetically, and you had a budget of around $100 would you buy something else instead of a box of either of these?

If "around $100" gets up to the $120-130 range, your choices open up significantly. There are a lot of fine Marevas worth looking into:

Sancho Panza Non Plus
Montecristo No. 4
Diplomáticos No. 4 (if you can still find them - they were discontinued in 2010)
Juan López Petit Corona
