Whats the difference between...

...LFD and LGD?

They're both made by Litto, but is there a difference?

LFD = La Flor Dominicana which is the standard line. Pretty decent cigars at a reasonable price

LGD = Litto Gomez Dias is the higher end side of the line. I'm the wrong person to review these for you as I am a little bias against the entire line but their are some here who can sing their praises.

We had an LFD event at our B&M and all the local rep could tell me was LFD = LF Dominicana is a Dominican puro

I have never had an LGD, but the La Flor Dominicana Air Bender is a great tasting cigar, but they can be a bit pricey.

Wingo - thanks for the website. I contacted one of the POC's and sent them the same question, "whats the difference"

Here's her responce, "LFD is LA Flor Dominicana and LGD is Litto Gomez Diez, the difference is that the La Flor Dominicana cigars are blended with different leaves we have Connecticut, Cameroon, Ligero and Double Ligero lines, and the LG's are 100% Dominican Puro. The LG line was release for the 10th anniversary of LFD."

So there we have it...straight from the company we all love
