Welcome to the StogieChat Wanted/For Sale section.   

Individuals are welcome to post requests for cigars, or an offer to sell their personal cigars in this section.   This is NOT for retailers to post their inventory or ads. Those who appear to be abusing this section with numerous posts selling cigars will be considered a retailer and not allowed to post in this section or may have their account terminated entirely.

Keep in mind that any offers you post are being posted on a public forum and can be read by both members and non-members of the forum.   StogieChat, its owners and operators/moderators are not responsible for transactions, including when a buyer or seller does not follow through with a transaction.    Posts are also subject to comments from members who feel the deal is good, or bad.   Don't try to sell members Garcia Vega cigars for $20 a pop, nor your "unwanted" box of Cuban cigars bought back from Cuba by a family member kind of crap.  You will definately be told where to shove your offer. 

As always, buyer (and seller) beware!   Just as eBay has a seller rating system, you should consider the forum post count and the signup date.  Also ask some of our senior members if you have any concerns about a member.   Be wary of new members offering to sell high end cigars until you determine its a ligitimate offer.

Any offers of cigars and/or items deemed to be illegal in the USA are to clearly state that the offer is for NON-USA RESIDENTS ONLY. If we find that you sold contraban to any StogieChat member located in the USA your account will be terminated.

PS.   Cuban cigar sales/trades are prohibited.  The only exception is both the seller and buyer are outside of the USA.

Two additional regulations to add to the For Sale forum:

- Individuals must have at least 50 posts in order to post an item for sale.

- There must be a price listed for the item(s) being offered for sale. No "make me an offer" or anything like that.


If you see a post that does not follow all of the guidelines, please click the "Report" button on the lower right of that post so that it is immediately brought to the attention of the Mods.
