We need a coalition....
#1
With all the bans on cigars, guns, etc. This is something that really needs to be looked into...

We need a coalition to Ban Dihydrogen Monoxide!

It...is called "hydroxyl acid", the substance is the major component of acid rain.
...contributes to the "greenhouse effect".
...may cause severe burns.
...is fatal if inhaled.
...contributes to the erosion of our natural landscape.
...accelerates corrosion and rusting of many metals.
...may cause electrical failures and decreased effectiveness of automobile brakes.
...has been found in excised tumors of terminal cancer patients.
...is also highly addictive. Withdrawal symptoms include dry mouth, seizures, and weight loss. It has been found to be 100% fatal in cases where "users" are unable to ingest it for more than a week.

Despite the danger, dihydrogen monoxide is often used:
...as an industrial solvent and coolant.
...in nuclear power plants.
...in the production of Styrofoam.
...as a fire retardant.
...in many forms of cruel animal research.
...in the distribution of pesticides. Even after washing, produce remains contaminated by this chemical.
...as an additive in certain "junk-foods" and other food products.
...is also used to torture POWs and enemy combatants

Every year more accidental deaths are associated with high capacity residential Dihydrogen Monoxide storage tanks than all firearms related accidents recorded nationwide.

Insurance companies see it as the primary culprit of damaged homes in coastal areas.

Over-ingestion of Dihydrogen Monoxide has been know to cause severe sodium chloride deficiency leading to stroke and kidney failure!

It's REAL funny you say that. I, as millions of others have experienced that. It DISTROYED the paint on my car and everyone elses that was in that event in 85 here. We see cars all the time at the auction along with a TON of hail damage cars that have ZERO miles on them that are distroyed.
.

We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered.
