I left it playing while working, I listened to the entire conversations. Is it possible that the managers that Verizon puts in charge are really that stupid? Let me answer this after several past conversations with them. YES THEY ARE. The the only company with phone reps with a lower IQ are the people at NEXTEL they make the Verizon reps seem like rocket scientist.
