I've seen it on this list.  H.Upmann Conn. 1 and some other have it also.

Not much information about the box codes, just a list of them.

OWH in 05 was the Partagas Factory as near as I can tell.

Reported changing codes can be found here http://www.cigarpass.com/cuban_box_codes.shtml

And keep in mind the following applies now, making de-coding an ever challenging sport.

Current System (2003 on)
With this forth and current system of factory codes, all factories have an unique 3 capital letter code that is changed monthly and yearly.  As there are presently about 45 factories, there are 540 different codes used every year. This gives 5,400 different codes in a ten year period.  With this system there are 17,576 unique codes available, which means there need not be a duplicate code for at least 30 years. Consequently identifying and tracking them is virtually impossible. Only those with access to the code generator program would know codes in advance.

Occasionally a code may be reported but even if correct, it is of limited use as it is only valid for that month and year. Given the much improved quality control from 2005/6 on, the difference in factory output should be marginal, making it less important to "chase factories".
