Top 10 of 2007
#1
We've seen Cigar Aficionado's Top cigars of 2007.....now I think it'd be great to see what members here think, and then maybe combine what folks put here into a StogieChat Top 10 list!

The rules are simple. Same as CA, it's just gotta be a cigar that you've purchased and smoked this year. No 10-year-aged ultra-rare habanos (LZ! Tongue).

I have to put some thought into mine, I'lll post it up shorty.

Hmmmmm . . .

Well.

10. Rocky Patel Sungrown torp. (they were especially good early last year)
9. HdM Epicure #2
8. Edge Sumatra (fantastic, go-to stick)
7. Don Lino Africa Punda Milia (almost Opus-like in its flavor intensity)
6. Punch Rare Corojo Crystale torpedo (best Punch RC ever!)
5. San Cristobal Fabuloso (stunningly good cigar)
4. Opus X Super Belicoso
3. RyJ Short Churchill
2. Ashton VSG Spellbound (pretty much my favorite cigar in ANY year)

And the #1 . . .

1. Camacho Corojo SE 11/18.

Of all the wonderful cigars that hit the market this year, of the several hundred cigars I smoked . . . this one really stood out for me. Strongest cigar I've ever had in my life, to the point where I felt like I should be wearing a seatbelt, but the strength never overwhelmed the rich, meaty flavors. About halfway in it just got magnificent. And it did it every time.

This looks a lot like my list of go-to smokes.  Most notably, #5 thru 8 and #10.  Excellent selection NANP!

Note:  Would you beleive that my local B&M has discontinued (or  rather stopped carrying) the Don Lino Africa line??  He told me that, "they just weren't selling."  Confusedhock:  What the hell is wrong with people???

Well Mother Fart,

I did not have Padron PAM's on my list.  I guess I am aging them and smoking so few of them that I totally forgot to list it.  Doom on me!  Confusedhock:
