Thats pretty darn scary!   I'm surprised that the military dock didn't have a holding area for such emergency situations.   I'm sure they were well aware of the weather conditions.  thank God everyone is ok!

I think that dock is NWS Earle.  They are a Naval Weapons handling station.  Those guys REALLY don't kid around....
