I just heard from a source (I will not disclose) Sam in fact had a 5 year non-compete.
Also, not surprisingly, Sam & Oliva are now involved in litigation.

Yeah Skipper there is a lot we don't know. Personally, my opinion in non-compete clauses in general is an extortion of a condition of employment. I am not taking sides either way as i know there are two sides.
