Palio Cutter Warrenty
#1
One of my Palios had a few bad cutts in a row, ended up be my fault not a dull cutter, But I had checked out the warrenty and am pretty impressed that you don't even have to send it in, just exchange it at any dealer.

Palio Warranty Policy
We at Palio cigar cutter don't take our slogan "A cut above" lightly, we live by it and think our warranty should epitomize it, so it's as simple as it gets! If you feel that the Palio cigar cutter you purchased has lost it's ability to deliver a quality cut, assuming it has only been used for it's intended purpose (cigar preparation), at anytime during it's life of use. Simply return it to ANY Palio cigar cutter vendor for a replacement. No questions asked! On vacation in another country or state? If there's a Palio vendor near where you're staying, take it there and get a new one. If ANY vendor does not recognize this warranty, please e-mail us info@paliocutters.com and let us know.

Thanks for the info Keith.  Not that I need another cutter, but that warranty is amazing, and just because of that, next time I am at Kurts or Daves I am going to get one.

I love my Palio.
It cuts 3 or 4 cigars every Tuesday (everyone at my table seems to use it), plus my random daily cigars. Always sharp, always good.

I too love my Palio... Best cutter out there for under $100!  I like the fact that I can put it in my pocket and it's not gonna scratch anything or vice versa since it's made of carbon fiber... I don't keep it in a carrying case since it's too much work to take it out... The warranty is a bonus! Smile

FYI, its not a carbon fiber cutter.  Its a plastic cutter, with the tempered surgical steel.  The carbon fiber is just a decorative wrap around the plastic.  Don't wanna burst any bubbles though.

Okay, so maybe you are right about the composition of the cutter... What I was trying to get across is that keeping it in my pocket doesn't scratch anything like my Xikar did and I hate havin to keep it in a case. It does a better job of cutting my stix and I don't risk pinching my hand with the action like the Xikar did. Smile
