you put your sticks in before seasoning?
Not a great idea, but they are resilient and will survive.
All humidors should be brought to the desired humidity (& temperature) before adding your cigars. Otherwise the thirsty wood will draw precious moisture from your cigars instead of the other way around.

They were in there for ~ 6 hours before I found out about seasoning the humidor.

Since they were in there I decided to take the picture as is.

No cigars are in there now and I'm waiting for it to finish seasoning...
