thanks folks. im sure some of you are aware...as the kids get bigger...the house gets smaller so we needed to sell our 1400sq ft house and we bout a 2200sq ft place (which will likely be too small in about 6 months!) Its a great place and we really are stoked. there is even a lil art studio for me [thumbsup]
