This is pretty bizare. From what I understand, they keep the Teflon roof inflated with fans, keep the air at 80 degrees at the top, and use hoses with hot water to remove snow. They stopped the hoses due to high winds. Not a great plan unless you knew the wind would remove the snow. Seems like some engineers have some "splaining to do".
