I have a box of 2001's and 2005's. Both are spectacular.

Let me clarify...non ISOM as I'm not at the point of buying them yet
I'm liking the Añejo and J21 thoughts. Now that I think of it, probably any Tatuaje do well... I've never smoked an Avo of and kind, but I did take some puffs off a 9 year old Avo, so I'm not sure if I would even like them What about illusione...do you think they would do well?

I have had my share of aged Anejos, from fresh up to 7 years old. The 2-3 year range is where they peak, after that they are still good, but not what they should be.

Lets not forget the San Cristobal that was handcrafted by Jose Pepin for Ashton. I have some as others do "I think Skip" that had plume @ two years.
.
We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered. |
