I posted a while back that my wife thre out whatever cigars she got her hands on...I made a 4 foot by 4 foot steel container in my un heated shop for the ones she didnt get,

I have a cooler with about 10 boxes of cubans and 2 humidors with another 3 or 4........I had to put an electric heater in the confines of the vault as the garage is un heated.....

So the temp is set around 65 but I cant seem to maintain a humidity over 50% even with the beads saturated.

What shoud I do?

What type of hygrometer are you using, analog or digital?

Has it been calibrated?
